What are you going to do?
Dismantling employee.
Every day, different employees leave for different places throughout the country. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the project, where you will perform all work in the field of plaster finishing. Because the plasterboards are well finished, the plasterers or painters can continue with the work. We can therefore say that you’ll play a crucial role in the end result!
It’s important that you can work in a team and that you are eager to learn. Because your colleagues will put a lot of time into teaching you the tricks of the trade. Your team will consist of 3 to 5 colleagues on a daily basis, most of whom have worked there for years.
You usually work from Monday to Friday (7.5 hours a day) and you are free on weekends. When it’s very busy, there is the possibility to occasionally work on Saturdays, which of course is in agreement!
In short, experience in the trade is not required, your colleagues will teach you the job and guide you during the work, but motivation is a must!

Our client is located in Zaltbommel near Den Bosch and has been active in the construction industry for years.
The company has many regular clients with whom they are responsible for the plaster finish on various projects on a daily basis. It is a small-scale family business with a total of 6 employees who have been working for our relationship for a long time. You will work in a close and informal team. The company will take care of your company clothing after your trial period of one month.

What do you get?
- A full-time job (37.5 hours a week) for a longer period of time and the likelihood of obtaining a permanent position in a nice team with an informal working atmosphere;
- Your salary depends on experience and will be agreed upon in consultation. You often start at €11.10 gross per hour plus €2 travel money per hour;
- 25 vacation days a year, based on a full-time working week;
- 8.33% holiday allowance;
- Training (VCA) and guidance in the field of dismantling.
